Here are a few things coming up for the week: ⚡️This week we'll be practicing our kicks to earn our Lightning Stripes next week! 📃Please pick up Job List #1 after your class today and tomorrow. 🔵Theme of the Month for Black Belt Club is Basic Sparring for this testing cycle. 🔴Theme of the Month for Children and Adult Masters Club is Advance Sparring for this testing cycle. 👍We are OPEN this Friday, January 12th, for regular classes. 🏅Competition Team Training #3 is this Friday, January 12th. Please attend sparring class from 6:20-7pm and competition team training will be from 7-8pm (full sparring gear required). We can't wait to see everyone in class!🤩
