220 squat, 165 bench (new paused ATPR), 275 dead. 660 total, qualified for nationals. 80kg meet PR makes up for my last turd of a meet. I put in a ton of work since this last December, decided then to make a statement and I plan on going far beyond this. I plan on going to Nationals this next year and seeing what I can do. For now I'm taking a good 8 week break (hypertrophy) to get rested up... then nationals prep. I love this sport and I feel like I am the most alive when I am under a bar. I may not be the best, but I do my best. (Ps wtf I think the floor was crooked because holy crap the right side felt like lag city)
