Our swimming skill of the day for #SafetyTipTuesday is the freestyle with a roll over! . While doing the freestyle stroke or pulling paddles, you can roll over onto your back to take a breath. Remember to push your belly up, keep your head back, and freeze so you can catch your breath. Then roll back over and continue swimming! 🏊 🐠

MINI dunk
Happy Monday! Is your baby ready to dive in to learning some life-saving water safety skills? . The first step to being safer in and around the pool for our MINI swimmers is a gentle introduction to the water. Once our MINIS are comfortable in the water, they can move on to basic swim and water safety techniques! 🐡

Treading Water
To finish out #WaterSafetyWeek, here's one more important skill we practice with our swimmers - treading water! 🌊 . Why do we need to learn how to tread water? The answer is simple and a part of our mission - to stay safe in the water! When you tread water, make sure to move your arms in big circles and do frog kicks. Treading water helps keep your head above the water so you can call for help if needed! #SafetyTipSaturday
