We are a group of strong COPD fighters. We fight everyday with exercise, eating healthy and keeping an upbeat attitude. We all have our own personal goals to achieve with the person in the mirror 🪞 It doesn't matter if you walk 15 steps or 1,500 steps. The effort is the same.
