It’s hard and sad for me to announce that Season 19 will be the last for ABS. This has been a great 6 years for ABS and myself. My goal was to create a competitive and friendly league while playing a game that everybody loves. I can brag that for six years that I have never had a brawl or big fight, and although there has been a few choice words and chest bumps here and there, games always ended with a handshake. I thank all the refs, especially Laron, for putting up with our s**t. Thanks to all the players and teams that have supported ABS throughout the years, especially OTHers and Outsiders who has a combined record of 32-170 with a -2324 differential. Players like Roger, Justin, Brandy, and Dale who have played 18-19 seasons straight. I hope everyone has gained at least one friend from this League, as I have gained more than I can ask for.
Basketball and ABS has always been a joy for me, but having Family really changes your view on life. I thank my wife and now two sons for letting me run out every Sunday night to hang out with my friends.
PS. Season 20 coming in summer of 2017.

New Starts on July 10. First 10 teams to register will lock their spot. Remaining teams will be put on a waiting list if we reach 16 teams

Season 17 ABS Champions Hightimes

Reminder Season 17 is starting on September 27...rumors are circulating that Champions will get a Hooded Sweatshirt, just in time for El Nino!!

Season 16 Champions Donpawidus. They showed that if you just continue to play in the ABS that anything can happen. They are certainly the oldest team that has ever won, but their hunger rivals Joey Chestnut. Congrats to DPWU... ? ?
