Shihan Freddy Victoria & students from Westchester Kyokushin will be visiting to train tomorrow at FSK. It will be a great cardio/fight technique & sparring class.

7:15PM Cardio-Boxing
Come get a great sweat with our bag/mitt class!

Consistency is REQUIRED.

Fighting Spirit Martial Arts & Fitness will also be a drop-off location. 🙏

WE CAN ALL MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Join us in collecting shoes for those in need. The shoes can be worn or new, but they should not be dirty or have holes or soles separated from the shoe.

We aim to collect 2,500 pairs of shoes by August 31th, or 100 bags containing 25 pairs each. The clock is ticking, and every pair counts. This will benefit the Gardiner Fire and Rescue Department while helping those in need.

Today we honor & commemorate the passing of our IFK founder, Hanshi Arneil. His legacy of Kyokushin karate, humility, respect, passion and love are celebrated today and always.

He is missed, but watches over all.

Due to predicted heat index & temps, please use caution and your best judgment for attending classes today at FSK.
It will be hot inside & outside while we will have frequent water/rest periods.There is always another class to attend, so again, please use your own safety discretion.
*Kids/Youth Karate will not be asked to wear any gi's or belts today (shorts & t shirts are encouraged).
