This patient underwent a breast augmentation with Sientra Extra-full profile silicone implants, placed above the muscle. To even out her size asymmetry, Dr. Cohen placed a 470cc implant in the right breast and a 510cc implant in the left breast She is very happy with her results!

Dr. Cohen was able to achieve her goal by narrowing the breast pocket and swapping her moderate projection saline implants with extra projection silicone implants. What a beautiful result!
