We mobilized around 2am this morning to complete work at Target before they opened at 8am. At least it wasn’t as hot! We’re grateful for the opportunity to work on commercial properties like this alongside the remodels we do for residential homeowners.

Here are a few pictures from our overnight project at Lowe’s this week. We were tired but pushed through it to eliminate the trip hazards. At least it wasn’t hot!

Full-send today as we kick off phase 2 in Gilbert, AZ. After we replace the failing pavers and base at the egress/ingress, we’ll start installing the polymeric sand on the remaining 38,000 sf of arterial drive lanes.

(Polymeric sand forms a grout like seal in the paver joints and helps prevent water intrusion, displacement and w**d growth)

This homeowner picked up about 800 sf in more usable space after our project. She had a lot of square footage on the side of the house that was just dirt and w**ds. I threw out the idea of converting it into a side-house, get-a-way with patio furniture, lights, shade and maybe an entertainment center. This is phase one, but it looks great!
We also added a turf, dog-run with 100 linear feet of 3" drain piping, a fire pit and belgard travertino pavers.

New midiron sod, two new valves, borders, paver pathway, lighting and rock. This was phase 3 for a wonderful family in Queen Creek.

Last year, we added 900 sf of pavers; overlaying their patio with veneers and then extending it as well. I’m super happy how all phases turned out.
