ve with no need to hide. A few words from Jace:

“I appreciate the sunrise and the birds flying by. Clouds creating shapes in the painted sky.”

I ran and grabbed my phone to capture the words before I forgot them. Within minutes I finished the rest of the lines of the poem I call, A Gift for All to See. It was late January of 2017. The day before, while cleaning my garage, I found a poem I wrote for a girl in 1993. I thought it was cool. There was one cheesy line but for the most part, I would write it the same today. Inspired by my reminiscing of my lovey-dovey poem, I found myself rhyming the words to the poem quoted above during my morning sunrise routine. I told my wife I was going to write a poetry book and six months later I was a published author on Amazon. Boom! I love writing poetry
It’s the voices in my head
I listen to what they say
And I write down what they said

Why Happy Mindset Poetry? There is no victim in the words. There are no broken hearts. It’s about love and appreciation of the journey each of us is on. The words are chosen to empower readers of all ages to embrace life upgrades through mindset rituals such as self-love, appreciation, mindfulness, and forgiveness. The poems are meant to be read as if the reader wrote the words themselves. I write about mindset concepts and strategies that I’ve used to upgrade my life. I’m passionate about doing my part to provide useful content to those creators who are attracted to positive energy. At the end of the day, the concept of Happy Mindset Poetry helps me pursue joy and I wish to share it with the world. Namaste Knuckles,

Jace's first official book title, Namaste Knuckles - Poetry for the Enlightenment Curious - Book One - Mindset Musings, was released on June 26, 2017. It was later revised and released on October 31, 2017. It's a collection of family-friendly rhyming mindset poems. They are designed to empower readers of all ages to embrace life upgrades through mindset rituals such as self-love, appreciation, mindfulness, and forgiveness. Peace & Love, released on October 31, 2017, is Jace's second book in the Namaste Knuckles - Poetry for the Enlightenment Curious - series. It's a continuation of the author’s journey to share with the world what he calls happy mindset poetry. Three main concepts are covered throughout Jace's first two poetry books.

1. Appreciate Everything
2. Love fully
3. Need Nothing

These three big ideas are your high-level recommendation for attracting happiness and harmony in your life. When you appreciate everything, you are setting the tone for the day with your thoughts and feelings. You are raising your vibrational state. This will help you attract more of what you want and less of what you don’t want. Loving fully means you love yourself and all others. There is no room for hate. By loving fully, you strengthen your self-love muscles and empower yourself to succeed. This enables you to appreciate all of the possibilities and see challenges (puzzles) as opportunities. Focus on what you love and love what you choose to see. When you appreciate everything and love fully, you find you need nothing. You are free. You don’t need presents. You don’t need compliments. Those are welcomed benefits; however, they don’t define your happiness. Someone else like a family member/friend or something else like food/drugs are not responsible for your happiness. This means you own your happiness. You are at peace with who you are and what you will experience on your journey. Excel at these three concepts and you’ll be on your way towards living a healthy and happy life. Jace lives in Gilbert, Arizona, USA with his awesome family, Holly, Jake, Daisy, and Weimaraner Kona (RIP). Simon Sinek is one of the best leadership experts in the world. 👏🏼 Speaks everywhere. Just so happens to say a lot of “right” at the end of his sentences. Something I have done a lot of in my positive videos. 🤩

I will commit to reducing my use of right and you know. ✅

I own I need to reduce the filler words and I appreciate the feedback from the person who pointed it out to me. ✅

I also know that if we as listeners focus too much on judging the filler words we can overlook the quality of the message using Simon Sinek as an example. ✅ Had I bailed on him in the video I watched because he said “right” at the end of a few too many sentences I would have missed the beautiful lesson on how to become a better leader. 💙

I don’t enjoy when people say uh and um in their speaking. 😳 Both the person who gave me feedback and Simon Sinek have taught me as a leader I need to make sure I focus more on the quality of their message and place less attention on their filler words. Otherwise I may just miss out on the intended lesson. Right? 💙

I stepped outside this evening
