Highly recommend - especially for anyone of us who think we know what it means to be an ally to the Black community.

Yesterday, I completed the 75 Hard Challenge. I have mixed thoughts on this fad and its ultimate effect on a person’s physical, spiritual and emotional well-being. I am proud of this 61 yr old for completing the challenge. But do not have the same sense of accomplishment that I have felt with other endeavors.
