Physics… of all things! At age 41, I start training, and this is the very first thing that they have me watching videos on. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Never had to take this course. And, if you know me well enough… you know that, science and I, don’t mesh well. 🤯

I’m have no idea what my face looks like while I listen & watch, but I can imagine. 😳🤔 However, I completely understand, the underlying statement, at the end. So, I guess I‘ll just know stuff. And when someone asks “why” or “how”… I’ll just be, THAT PERSON:

“Because, physics.” 😉

Graciously learn from others, but don’t become them. Unless you’ve built the box, don’t try to squeeze into it; it wasn’t made to fit you. Allow your wild spirit to boldly flourish. Don’t waste your magic by trying to be just like everyone else. 🦋

Today is all there is. Live boldly. Forgive often. Love openly.
Give thanks for every beautiful experience. But also show gratitude for the ones that were difficult yet shined a light to show you the way forward.

Kindness is the willingness to support and celebrate others in a world where selfishness is often the default. One of the most underrated qualities of kindness is the courage that is takes to stand for someone other than yourself. Having the generosity of spirit to recognize the obstacles of others and support them - that takes courage. This, my friend, is an illusion. You are more than enough. You were born enough, and will always be enough. You are YOU, and this is a gift to the earth. The earth is lucky to get to experience your uniqueness. You are perfectly imperfect, so bow to that. It is your greatest gift, and you are worthy of it all. 🦋
