If you were not already doing Lagree prior to pregnancy, we would not start a new activity, but instead would love to see you postpartum. During pregnancy, it’s important to prioritize safety and listen to your body. Lagree’s low-impact design can protect your joints and provide support, especially when using the springs strategically for added stability. Always consult your doctor before starting or continuing any exercise regimen, and follow their guidance. Thinking about trying out a class but don’t know how to prepare? We got you. 🙌 ✨Arrive 10 minutes before class so you have enough time to meet your instructor, get orientated to the equipment, and sign a waiver. Please understand that for your safety, and the safety of the other members in class, we cannot allow late arrivals past 5 minutes of class starting. ✨Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene - no exceptions. These are available for purchase at the studio and at local retailers like Target, Sport Chalet, and Whole Foods. They are also available with many online retailers. ✨Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that you can easily move in. ✨Loose jewelry is not a good idea. It can get caught on the machine. ✨Please bring a water bottle. We have a water-bottle filling station for your convenience. ✨A small towel is a good idea, as you’ll probably get sweaty! ✨No cell phones during class - NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be respectful of the instructor and other class members. If you have an emergency which requires you to be on-call or that you’ll need to check your phone, please let your instructor know so we can reschedule your class. ✨Many of us on the team are parents, but we respectfully ask that children be left at home. With the growing concern about the Coronavirus outbreak, we want our Motivate community to know that your health and wellness is our top priority. All of our studios are maintained on regular, comprehensive cleaning schedules. We will continue to supply ZOGICS disinfectant wipes to sanitize the Megaformers in between class and hand sanitizer dispensers near the front check in desk. Please make sure to always wipe down all surfaces after class and feel free to wipe down your machines prior to the start of class as well. We’re also encouraging all members to take an active role in helping us keep the studios healthy by following the CDC recommended preventive measures: Stay home when you are sick with respiratory disease symptoms. At the present time, these symptoms are more likely due to influenza or other respiratory viruses than to COVID-19-related virus Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then throw it in the trash can Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds; especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with 60%-95% alcohol Routinely clean frequently touched surfaces and objects We are committed to maintaining a healthy studio and thank you for helping us achieve it. Get familiar’ One of the best things you can do before you get started with the Lagree Method? Get there early. Arrive to class 10 to 15 minutes early so that the instructor can meet with you and familiarize you with the Megaformer! Be sure to wear grippy socks, have water, and bring a towel — you will definitely sweat!
