Best part… our mortgage payment has basically stayed in the same range as when we bought out little 2 bedroom condo.

What a bitter sweet moment today has been…

I had the pleasure of helping my very dear friends Christine and Andrew buy their very first home 5 years ago today… fast forward to today… I got to tell them they officially closed escrow on their first home and have now closed on their dream home in TEXAS!!

With the current gas prices in California I can’t confirm or deny my tears are because I’m sad they are leaving CA or because I’m jealous and want to go with them!

Andrew & Christine you and your sweet family have been a true blessing to our Nunez Fam Bam. So many laughs and memories, can’t wait to be invited to TX to make more!

We truly love you guys!!!!
