Journey of Del, First Responder Therapy Dog in Training

Oh Del….. now your pouting like a child.

Life is good! Had my 8 month weigh in today and I am a solid 86 lbs! Mom took me to the farmers market tonight and she said I did really good with all the people and other dogs. Next week I get to start going to Doggy Day Camp once a week to play with my friends and we are getting ready to start another session of obedience classes. I love water and so excited to be able to play in it all summer!

Oh Mr Del!

So it’s been a bit since mom has posted. Life has been crazy but wanted to give everyone an update!

I am weighing in at 75+ lbs at 8 months. My mama calls me a bull in a china shop!

I have passed puppy training classes and going to be starting some hard core obedience classes mid May.

I have learned I’m tall enough to get anything off the kitchen counters and I am learning to not do that.

No toy can outlast me! I have chewed up non destructible toys including kongs. My mom and dad got me a hockey puck thinking that would last. Well it was gone in 10 minutes! But I do love balls and we go through a lot of them!

End of March my mama had my man goods removed (she was tired of me hu***ng the grand babies!) and had a tracking device put in me. I guess I’m staying forever!

And my 3 most favorite things in life:
-Food (mine and anyone’s else’s)
-Pup cups from Starbucks (car rides there are the best)
-Water from my bowl to the hose!

Great start to a Saturday!

Happy 1/3 of a year!!!! You are the sweetest, smartest and most living dog I have ever met! Can’t wait for our future together!

Mom just purchased my 3rd harness and 2nd crate! I’m a big boy!

Weighing in at 28lbs and 12 weeks tomorrow!

Mommy took me to see Santa today! He said I am a very good boy!
