Over the weekend, I had an interesting discussion about spiritual ego.
It's a state where we believe that we are better off because we think and feel better, even though it's just the mind controlling us.
Even individuals who are on a journey to improve their inner selves can become defensive and reactive since they still have beliefs and attachments to thoughts and things.
The ego creates a sense of separation, while acceptance and love for ourselves and others can bring about oneness, allowing our souls to reach their full potential.
