Terrance Ealey Celebrates 20 years at Country Kitchen!
Many of you already know Terrance Ealey; he has been a constant at the Country Kitchen and this January we are so proud to celebrate his being here for 20 years!! In those 20 years Terrance has NEVER missed a day a work! He brings so much joy to the customers and staff here, and to commemorate his many years of dedicated service we wanted to share his story with our community. The Ascension Parish Sheriff, Bobby Webre, came out with his dept to present Terrance with a certificate of appreciation and let him know what an asset and inspiration he is to our community at large. And the December 2023 edition of the Ascension Magazine features Terrance's big smile on the cover!! As we reflect back on Hurricane Ida we wanted to share this video of the changes (damages & remodeling) of Country Kitchen. This shows the progress of the whole year. Once we started the remodeling of what had to be done from the storm damage we were on a roll and just kept on going. We are blessed to have come so far in just a year and we have so many to thank but can't begin to name them all. We give thanks to God for giving us the strength, patience, and helpers to get us through the aftermath of the storm. It was truly a miracle we were able to open up in just 5 weeks. We are also thankful for the support of our community as our business has grown so much that we had to add more seating and a new parking lot this year.
