Just like the skin on our face we need to put the skin on our body first as well. You know they say 2024 will be the year of body care and for good reason too!

When talking to my clients I often hear the same concerns when it comes to the skin on your body. Those are dry skin and rough skin. Good thing there is an easy fix for both.

Exfoliating the skin on your body 1-2 times a week and then slathering on some lotion or your favorite body oil will seriously transform your skin.

But here’s the magic key needed to see results-> consistency!

If you struggle with consistency create a self-care routine for yourself and remain diligent with this routine. Every week it’s a must. In a few weeks I know you’ll see a difference!
