🎄HOLIDAY PIES FOR THE WEEK; All new and delicious Dutch Pear pie & Orange Cream pie 🥧

So many of you requested pear so I loaded you up (oops typo 🤣) with a crumble top and delicious Dutch Pear! Soaked in white wine, cinnamon, and nutmeg this one is quite cozy.

And the Orange Cream is a complete Christmas invention of mine. Take my famous key lime pie and replace the lime juice with fresh orange juice and a hint of lemon juice, baked in a biscoff crust. Get a hot cup of cocoa or coffee to go along with it!

Both are available at Troub's Butcher Shop & Oasis Bagels now so go and try a slice or a full pie!

Hey Pie People got a few updates! Finally recovered after Thanksgiving and gearing up for events, Christmas orders, and restocked our stores today.

For Christmas this year I will be flying out of town with the girlfriend back home on the 22nd so all pies will be frozen and unfortunately that means no apple or fruit (they just don't hold up well frozen 🥲). I'll be releasing the details on that and the order sheet SOON so be ready for that.

I'll be doing an event in Tartesso this Saturday at 3pm as well as many farmers markets upcoming in 2024. If you have any questions about Christmas lmk ⛄️🎄🥧

130 pies later, barely able to stand but I've been happy and grateful for all the business. Glad to have been able to make everyone's Thanksgiving a little more flavorful, can't wait to bake yall some more. Good morning folks we are t-minus 2 days to Turkey Day!!! Just a few things;

If you have already requested an early pickup for pies today please 1. DM us confirmation (we have really limited inventory at the house and what's batched for Apple/berry) 2. Make sure to go to Melvin Street and follow the previous instructions.

At about 6 PM we will be heading up to Oasis for the final batching/baking and prep for the pick up tomorrow so if you can't make it today by that time you'll have to pick yours up tomorrow. Thank you again for your patience and can't wait to get you your pies! 🥧🦃

Due to the immense (thank you so much) amount of orders that came in last minute, we are changing the pick up location to OASIS Bagels in Estrella Mountain Ranch (they've been kind enough to let us use their fridges) and the time.

Note that if you HAVE TO pick up a pie on Tuesday I will be doing special pick ups from my home but otherwise please use the Wednesday pickup. DM me if this is the case.

Happy Halloween everyone 🎃🥧. Something not very spooky for you but everyone's asked so here it is: the BANANA PIE 🍌, rather the Bananas Foster. Ripe bananas cooked in brown sugar, spiced rum, butter, and baked in cinnamon swirl dough. Goes great with our homemade vanilla ice cream.
