Just finished up with a sealcoat project to keep the asphalt in good shape throughout the seasons prevents water from soaking in Cause an erosion of the base and stops the cold weather from freezing and thawing causing cracks and also saves from the sun oxidizing and making the asphalt brittle makes it more acceptable for cracking
