If you have been to our Holiday workouts, you know the energy that is brought. This fitness experience is for everyone and everyone is invited.
Meet us at 9am and get in the best hour of your Day with some great music(DJ RIZZ) and fun/energetic movement that will definitely get the blood flowing and heart pumping.
Immediately following we will Keep the music going and have a good ole cookout and hang out.

Tomorrow is National Pecan Day. I love pecans. It doesn't matter how you pronounce it, just put some in a pie, in some pancakes, over some ice cream or in a fruit salad. I will eat them.
