Since we originally brought SS onto Locon, lots has happened behind the scenes, and lots more is going to happen. A new remix of the opening track from ’s NEGATIVE SELF, subtitled the MEGATHREAD MIX, is finally making its way out into the world, along with a remix of another track off the LP, Snowing in April. The MEGATHREAD MIX is a chaotic, multi-movement reimagining of the track, turning it into a completely new experience over nearly 14 minutes of music handcrafted by our own . Much of the same can be said about his remix of Snowing in April, which sat in the vault for nearly 2 years before seeing its eventual release on this double single. Link in our bio and stories! Go! A new release from Nik Sudan is out today! 15 tracks written between 2016-2019 for various video game projects, this release shows another side of Nik’s work outside of his ambient escapades, with energetic, chiptune-style songs throughout its track list. Link in bio!

Labyrinth, the new EP, is out now! This three song collection opens with the beat-heavy Foils, a track reminiscent of 90s rave/house like Alive 1997, which transitions into the chill progression of the second track, Vice City, a relaxing yet energetic piece - and finally, Roll 9t6, a 6 minute track that calls back to the style and production of the group’s debut, Vertigo. This morning put out a two-song single featuring remixes of Propaganda from their debut album Vertigo. The first, remixed by , is one that stays true to the four-on-the-floor, dance-centric nature of the original, while bringing a new and extended Daft Punk inspired style to the piece, chopping and rearranging the original’s different elements to turn it into a brand new version of the track. The second, remixed by , brings elements of his own signature intense style to the song, building up throughout its length to a noisy, almost industrial style, with layers upon layers of both new and old sounds. Working with Foster has been an absolute dream the last few years and we’re super glad we got the opportunity to help out with the rollout of his album The Summer That Dried The Well. It’s by far the biggest thing we’ve worked on as label owners, definitely the biggest thing I’ve worked on as a designer. This album is, without a doubt, within my top 10 of all time. I, and I’m sure Jon and Foster, had a ton of fun doing everything we did to get everything for this album ready. Obviously, 99% goes to Foster for, you know, everything! But I’m proud of my contributions to the project & I’m glad it turned out as well as it did. Remember to stream the album today, tomorrow & every day after! 🫶 HAPPY BIRTHDAY FOSTER!!
