Earthside Love Doula
Bringing compassion and knowledge to pregnant people through Birth Doula services
Baby will breast crawl if given the chance.... just slow down and be in the moment with your babe!
Planning your birthday space is super important... hiring a birth doula to facilitate that plan and be emotional and physical support for birth giver and partner through the process is also VERY important!
Let me know if you would like to discuss services!
THE MIRACLE OF BIRTH! And this Momma did it all at home!
Take time to rest Mama ❤🤟
Producing breastmilk takes up about 30% of the body’s energy. Your brain, for comparison, only uses about 20%.
You’re not doing nothing.
This is why you’re so tired at the end of the day.
This is why you’re so hungry and so thirsty.
So, if all you did was feed your baby today, don’t let your mind convince you that you didn’t do enough. You did enough. You did amazing. 🤱

Incredible photos of an egg leaving the ovaries taken accidentally during an examination!
This is an image of a human o**m (egg) emerging from an o***y. These are the clearest pictures taken of human ovulation, which was originally thought to be a quick process where the egg bursts out of the o***y. Instead, it took over 15 minutes for the o***y to fully release the egg, and it happened more like a secretion than a explosion. This was discovered accidentally during an examination for hysterectomy.
Ovulation is the process in which a mature egg is released from the o***y. After it's released, the egg moves down the fallopian tube and stays there for 12 to 24 hours, where it can be fertilized.
In an average 28-day menstrual cycle, ovulation typically occurs about 14 days before the start of the next menstrual period. However, each person's cycle length may be different, and the time between ovulation and the start of the next menstrual period may vary.

This is what being a doula is all about. Being the strength and guidance birthgivers need during the hardest part of the process and beyond!
Unmedicated birth tips!
Some people have no idea WHAT a doula actually does. Here is the difference between a birth doula and a midwife 🙂🙂
As your doula... I promise to take your goals and needs and concerns and help you make it all make sense and we will all get through the beautiful journey together!
I cannot wait to be able to offer these types of services to my clients! I fully intend to be a full service doula someday. I want to offer birth doula services along with aromatherapy and also post partum doula services along with placenta encapsulation and belly binding and all that.
I am working everyday to become better for my future clients and birthgivers.
Please let me know if you have questions!

It is SO important to have a plan for your birth and feel empowered to stick to that plan even in the case of non-medically necessary"shoulds" from medical staff. Home births or birthing centers are also great options that many birthgivers do not consider for many reasons.
