✨Guys, I'm So Grateful. Hosting these retreats has been a transformative experience for me as a host. I've been influenced by many really loving and thoughtful people. I've become sober - for nearly 3 years now!! I've found the courage to open my own health coaching business!! I've gained purpose, I'm more clear on what really matters in my life now. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey, I see you. I appreciate you. Things are different now that my retreat business partner is stepping back to be with her sweet baby, family & new house up north. Lots of feelings co-creating with new friends in this season. Grateful for likeminded friends who are excited to step up and co-host events with me! Because I want to continue holding retreats. Sad that my OG partner Whitney Dawn Pyles isn't here by my side - because her input and specialized skills are soooooo valuable!!!!! Overall I'm feeling very grateful though, life is showing me how new opportunities, new experiences, new friends are abundant. Thank You!!!! Thanks for the opportunity to continue hosting events that aim to transform lives for the better. This world desperately needs less stress and more calm. It's my goal to expose retreat attends to new forms of mindfulness, new practices they can bring into their daily lives to cultivate calm, reduce stress in the long run.
