• 1/4 c Oats
• Honey to taste
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 scoop Chocolate Protein
(I use Vital Proteins collagen)
• 1/4 c frozen cauliflower
• 1/4 to 1/2 c milk (I used almond!)
