Thank you to Jeff for entrusting us with his '18 4Runner. Jeff plans to slowly build his rig out and needed some power to tackle any obstacle he encounters. He shared a story of when the extra power and low-end torque would have come in handy to get his vehicle out of a rut. Eric reached out to us on behalf of his dad. His dad wouldn't drive the '22 Tacoma as much and preferred to drive the '06 Tacoma because it didn't have the "goofy transmission problem and poor pedal response". After the initial test drive, he was very impressed with the Active Duty Setting and couldn't wait to drive the truck more.

Mike was hesitant about getting a tune for his 2019 Tacoma, so we invited him to join us while we tuned another customer's vehicle. Mike's previous solution to the poor shifting and throttle response was to activate the ECT/Towing button every time he drove his truck. After riding shotgun on the test drive, Mike knew he wanted a tune for his Tacoma.
