Has anyone tried this before?

There are 92 days in summer.
And if we are lucky we will be able to enjoy 18 years of summers with our kids.
Well…it’s more like 15 years because once a friend gets a drivers license they are off to the beach minus mom and dad. And that’s okay.

On this day I was planning on working on the business, cleaning the house and grocery shopping.

Until my daughter called and asked me to join her at her aunts for swimming in the pool. I thought why not. The business will be here when I get home, the house can be cleaned later and I definitely can wait to go grocery shopping.
I dropped it all to enjoy a summer day with my daughter swimming, racing in the pool and jumping off the diving board. Just a fun day in the ☀️ with no worries.
Moral of this story is all those things can wait. Go out and enjoy a fun day with your kids.

My specifications for a lunch date is we support another small business owner. We went to Turks Tavern. Had the most amazing Cobb salad with grilled chicken and if it wasn’t lunch time I would of tried their blueberry lemonade sangria. Next time!

You gotta love when I ask my daughter to take a quick pic of me wearing our Dara dress.
And of course I’m looking for dress details but, she just trying to add some crazy filter on there that completely deforms my body and no dress detail at all😂
Do your kids ever do this to you? Add crazy filters to your pics?

But hey it looks like a grew a few inches so I’ll take it.
What I can tell you is that the Dara dress is amazing. I wore this on a hot, humid day and still looked put together. It features side pockets that are sew in so it doesn’t add any bulk to the dress, the waist is adjustable and the fabric is like wearing the softest, cooling fabric on a hot day. Dress her up or dress her down with some sneakers.

It’s called living life. My youngest graduated 👩🏻‍🎓 from high school and my son🧍🏻‍♂️turned 21 and all my mom duties went into overdrive and I jumped on and enjoyed the ride. 🎢

Now things are getting back to a new normal in our house it’s time to get back to Regular scheduled programming.☺️
