I have over 20 years of experience collaborating with area tradespeople, seamstresses, and contractors. I have over 1,000 fabrics in my studio. I do not have a signature style, but prefer to design for the individual client to reflect their lifestyle and taste. I am willing to explore new resources and love to repurpose as much as possible.

Don't get me wrong I adore this tile, but in this age of fleeting design trends wouldn't a stencil be better?
Another great collaboration with Bock Rug Works!
I painted my dining room Benjamin Moore Jade Romanesque several years ago. Now I'm seeing a revival of green everywhere. So happy I didn't change it on a whim. Two other inspiring greens fromSherwin Williams are Arugula # 6446 and Jadite #6459 which has a bit of a bluish cast like the island shown below.
New Kate Spade fabrics... Too many to show here. Hope someone lets me use them in their interior! Paired with some value priced fabrics these could be just the punch any room needs.
Cynthia Tyson painted these custom pieces for my clients' hall adjacent to the dining room. She is so reasonable and yet so creative. No reason to have production art when you can have originals done by a wonderful local artist.
Uttermost has the best selection of mirrors.
The "C" Table as seen on the right is so versatile especially in a room with a challenging traffic pattern.
Putting the finishing touches on this bathroom remodel. The mirrors from Uttermost, are perfect with the quartz countertop. The countertop has a "laminated" edge to add a bit of height without changing the vanity itself. Kris Keszei did a wonderful job transforming the vanity with her skilled painting technique.
I love putting two large mirrors together! What a statement!
Taken at the new RH store in Chicago. Wonderful DIY centerpiece. Sheet moss in a planter meant for exterior use. Simple yet elegant. It doesn't need water!
Love this crazy Kravet fabric. I am specifying it for an upcoming project.
Subway tile is ever-popular and always a great price point. Here are two examples where it is used creatively.
Putting the television above the fireplace is something that most designers have had to come to terms with. It usually makes the most sense so that the room does not have competing focal points.
Accessorizing the mantle then becomes a little challenging.
Proof that pink and similar shades are trending .
Added a little faux lizard wallpaper to my built-ins in the dining room. Previously, I took the doors off and remove the shelves. Just needed a little more updating!
2016 colors of the year.
My kitchen looks so much nicer when the counters aren't cluttered.
Custom table top of cerused oak with a zinc inlay around the perimeter.
Love the clean lines and neutral color allowing the art to speak. The scale is also perfect.
New cafe curtains and cushion liven up this space!
This beautiful home on Edgewater Drive in Mishawaka Indiana is getting a facelift and should be on the market in November. Absolutely gorgeous Spanish colonial home with many beautifully preserved original features and an updated kitchen. More pictures to follow.
Decorators take way longer to do their own projects. Hall bath finally complete. Another piece of artwork would be nice, but it has to be just the right thing.
Love this light! It's hanging right behind my friend Caroline's desk at Fergusons.
Simple pleated linen drapes look beautiful with some trim down the leading edge!
Fun to see top designers using color on walls again!
Wall color is coming back from greige walls . Still calming walls with great unexpected accent colors.
Large print florals are back in a big way. I love this Robert Allen fabric; it really makes a statement.
Great for summer pillows. Use existing down pillow forms and make pillows with zippers that you can change out seasonally.
I found this photo online. I am a proponent of using pedestrian materials in unique ways.
