Today we are celebrating our Executive Director's 10 year work anniversary. Kaia has made incredible contributions in her 10 years at NWMT including building and expanding the ROC Program, growing the NWMT loan fund, and expanding work around native housing, along with countless others. Perhaps one of her most notable contributions, however, is the investment she has made as a leader of the staff at NWMT. Kaia thoughtfully spends time investing in the talent at NWMT. Her staff describes her as someone who is influential, motivating, thoughtful, brilliant, down to earth, empathetic, respected, focused, and kind. We could not do what we do without Kaia at the helm and all of us are better because she has deeply invested in the staff and the mission of NWMT. Happy 10 year work anniversary, Kaia!
