My morning - using these yoga dice as a guide to share yoga at the children’s summer reading program at the Greeneville Greene County Library. Lots of kids and lots of fun!

June is here and it's time for Triangle Pose. We're also going to do a version of Triangle with a bent leg, something a bit different. Looking forward to seeing you - Mondays 9:30 am at Greeneville East Hospital, Mondays 4 pm at Greeneville Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Fridays at 11:30 at Hot Yoga on Main, and Fridays at 5 pm at the YMCA.
