Take elevator to first floor. Use double glass doors to exit the parking deck. Walk straight up in front of you to the Cultural art center. Go in the double doors and to your right is the VAN D**E PERFORMANCE SPACE.

Drop by the PINK CARPET and talk with Na'cho Crew at The Collective Experience on Sunday. They will be going live throughout the event getting feedback from the event and allowing those in attendance to shout-out your own business.

What is Sundays event all about?

Unity..Fashion..Networking

On Sunday you will be welcomed by the designers of The Collective Experience. You will come in and get to veiw the designers work up close and in person. This is a floating event. This is why the tickets were so cheap. As the goal is to showcase fashion in art form on a platform that is not competitive.

During your time at The Collective Experience you will see a runway presentation.

The goal is to give you an experience that you just can't get in a traditional fashion show setting. This is why it's called The Collective Experience and not The Collective Fashion Show.

You are literally experiencing the true work and detail that goes into every piece created. You are also experiencing the work of our amazing glam squad up close to. These things you really and truly can't see seating, you need to be able to view it up close.

We are slowing things down and getting back to what it's all about fashion in UNITY and not competition.

By the way bring your business cards and network. This isn't just about us it's about the fashion community as a whole..it's past time we come together.

We are so happy to welcome Akeya Garrett a NC Fashion Blogger to our media team for The Collective Experience.

Here is a little about her:

My name is Akeya Garrett. I am a fashion blogger and content creator based in Greensboro, NC. My journey has not always been chic. Growing up, I struggled with self-confidence. I used to hate how I looked. I wanted to change everything about myself. My confidence did not grow until I found fashion. Fashion gave me a new sense of identity. I was no longer the girl who sat in the shadows in all black not wanting to be seen. I was the girl wearing bright colors, mixed prints, and high wedges, not caring who looked at me. I want to inspire and uplift women to be apologetically themselves. I do not want people who look like me to not feel confident ever! After women see my page and work, I want them to feel inspired to walk in any room and to never hide in the shadows again!
