Phil Haralam Ceramics
I am a ceramic artist, teacher, and avid gardener in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Officially cancelled. NC Ceramic Arts Festival in Asheville won’t happen this year due to the aftermath and recovery efforts from Helene. This year was going to be my first time participating in this event, and I hope all of western North Carolina will be in a much better place next year.
My next show will be in Charlotte with on Oct. 26th and online Nov. 1st.

Some things are in the works for a popup in Charlotte later in the year to support western NC potters. More to come!
Strictly Functional Pottery National opens this Friday at Lancaster Museum of Art in Pennsylvania. I am excited to have this piece included in this year’s exhibit.
Lancaster, PA is my hometown, so it is always a pleasure to show there. I’m unable to make the opening, but I look forward to everyone’s pictures. Cheers!
The opening is 5-8 Sept 27, and work goes live for purchase online at 5:00pm eastern.

The gallery looks different! Our center display now highlights the pottery we’ve recently gotten in from . Phil is inspired by imagery from around Greensboro, NC, where he lives and has his studio. He photographs these areas around his home and says of his work, “borrowing from these photographs, I combine utilitarian forms with painted images to create intimate objects for use and contemplation.”
Welcome to Troika, Phil!
This Friday at 12:00 eastern…
