A statement made in a training that really stuck with me. The importance of connection with others and to share how we see another through our eyes. To be more than just the typical positive….. be irrationally positive. Share that knowledge that no matter what you will always see the good in them. That you will always be there for them. That they are priceless and amazing just because they are who they are.

Be loud and proud as our differences make us stronger. We are all beautifully imperfect.
How do you talk to the challenging parts of you?
We all have a part of us that wants to be perfect. There is power in the choices we make when we experience our flaws. Mistakes and errors are inevitable. Our true power comes from how we respond.
