Small bathroom remodel we finished up a couple of weeks ago!

While we wait on the frameless glass door for new tile shower in easley we are currently demoing the master bathroom for a full remodel!

1100 square foot inlaw suite we just finished up in fountain inn SC in January. We were called in to finish this project with the framing 95% completed and plumbing roughed in. We ran the gas lines, electrical and hvac. R-19 insulation in the walls and R-30 over head and had the house turn key ready in 3.5 months other than the custom closet another company was installing once we finished.

Nothing like a 10pm electrical trim out (homeowners gave us the okay of course!)

We have been working our tails off to finish this beautiful 14x30 gable roof addition. Sealed 1x6 T&G pine ceiling for a natural look. Eight 6” recessed lights wired into a dimmer switch for adjustable lighting. Tomorrow we will cap off columns, install 5” seamless gutters and add another coat of paint and this Easley SC job with be finished.

Next up is to complete the barndominium weve also been working on in Simpsonville SC!

Finished up this 285’ Charleston style fence today. Caps will be installed once we spray the fence. During this project the back yard has had 140 tons of soil brought in and completely regraded (not finished). New concrete pad poured for a covered patio we’re starting next week. And a drive way extension poured next Wednesday up to the 9’ double gate. Give us all at 8645931449 for an estimate.

Pool house we completed last spring just in time for family gatherings by the pool. This pool house has a fully functional half bath, fully functional kitchen along with a mini split HVAC system to cool off on those hot summer days! Also storage area on the left side with access to the attic.
