Haven't posted in a minute! I want y'all to know I haven't stopped cooking! I did a cook yesterday for Jones Avenue Baptist in Easley! Let me cater your next party, work or church event! Reach out to me for free estimates! I can cook a variety of meats and sides per request! Just need a few weeks notice to cook on a week day! I can cook on site or deliver!

Yesterday I had the opportunity to cook for a private party. It was a great turn out & I got so much positive feedback on my BBQ! Don't forget you can have Sir Smokealot BBQ come cook for your next event! I still make good BBQ, Smoked Mac & Cheese, Baked beans & homemade BBQ sauce! I can cook all meats. I finally got my fire going! Just put me about an hour behind. Food may not be ready till 12!

Guys I've been out here since 3:30 am. It was pouring rain on my way here. It's still raining now and my wood is soaked. Been trying for an hour to get my fire started and I don't know if I can. I'm not sure what I should do. I'll be pretty disappointed if I can't cook today! Gonna try to get this fire going but if I can't I'm gonna have to come back when it's dry. 🌧😒
