Early Monday Morning, the Carolina Panthers fired Head Coach Frank Reich after just 11 games with the team -- marking the shortest tenure of any NFL Head Coach in the last 45 years.

Special Teams Coordinator Chris Tabor will serve as interim Head Coach, while Offensive Coordinator Thomas Brown will once again take over play-calling duties for an Offense that ranks near the bottom of the league in almost every major statistical category.
