✨Employee Highlight of the Week: Matthew Strickland! ✨
Job Title: Level 3 Technician

Roles and Responsibilities:
Matthew plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients' systems run smoothly. His primary responsibilities include monthly maintenance for a select group of customers, serving as their main point of contact. Beyond regular maintenance, Matthew dedicates significant effort to support specific clients in Greenville and Wilson. He also assists his coworker, Mike, with IT needs at another customer’s business and all its branches.

Work Anniversary: Yesterday, June 18th marked Matthew’s 15th year anniversary with us here at Computer Geeks! He worked with us for 9 years, left for 5, and then found his way back for another 6. We are so lucky to have him here with us!

Hobbies and Interests:
Outside of work, Matthew is a family man and an outdoor enthusiast. He loves spending time with his family, including his wife Megan (celebrating their 9th anniversary this November), their 5-year-old son Archer (turning 5 this September), and their 1-year-old daughter Amelia (who just celebrated her first birthday in May). Cooking is another passion of his, as he enjoys experimenting with new recipes and preparing delicious meals for his loved ones. Matthew also enjoys shooting and other outdoor activities, embracing nature whenever possible. In his spare time, he plays online games, often teaming up with his colleague Mike R.

What Matthew Loves About Our Company:
Matthew appreciates our company's unique culture, describing it as "one big family." This sense of community and support among colleagues is what he values most about being part of our team.

Additionally, London keeps thorough documentation and generates reports, all while collaborating closely with our team to deliver the right solutions for our clients.
