I added fairy lights around Christmas to help see inside. Unfortunately, the batteries don't last long even though they're LED. Boo! 👎 So I don't turn them on often.

I love the way this cabinet turned out though. And now we have a place for my many puzzles (I might have a problem 🙃) and our smaller games.

These cabinets might not be the prettiest, but it's so nice to have all of the storage now. Before I was storing gallons of paint all over the shop - anywhere I could find free space. Everything small that I use constantly is eye level now and easy to find. 🙌 There's so much space space under my workbenches now...time to figure out what to store down there. 🤔

I know you're probably tired of this bathroom renovation but I just can't get over how well it turned out. Exactly how I pictured!!!
And that random "privacy" wall is gone that was beside the shower taking up precious floor space - I know it was only a 4" x 6" space, but the room looks so much more open with it gone.
I had to do the befores right after the afters instead of clumped together so you could see just how much this room has changed!!! 😍

This little scrap wood shelvijg is exactly what the bathroom needed. Now the guest bathroom is officially done!!!! 🙌 Time to move on to the next house project.

Last year was a wild and hectic ride with lots of ups and downs. Jasper's surgeries were successful and the poor nugget is home sleeping.
I don't know what I was expecting when they explained everything to me, but I wasn't expecting his neck. 😭 He's got that suture on his neck and a suture on the roof of his mouth. 😟 He's still a little raspy when he breathes, but the specialist said that's to be expected with all of the inflammation that comes with surgery. And the surgeons seem hopeful that the surgeries will do the trick. 🤞🤞

These photos are pretty accurate on how I was feeling last night after finishing up the wanna and crown. Thanks to our little nugget though, the frustration and exhaustion didn't last long! 😄
In all seriousness though, even though the walls (and taking out that privacy wall) were a giant pain in the ass, I have no regrets... especially when I look at the last picture and remember where I started.
So drywall work - love it, hate it, would never touch it? (I vote hate it!)

Celebration time!!! 🥳🥳
We (almost) finished the demo last night and had to have our customary celebration drink to celebrate the small milestone.
There are a lot of you that are new here, so you prob don't know about our master bath reno we did a couple of years ago. We decided back then to celebrate each time we completed something so we wouldn't become overwhelmed by the total overhaul and to keep it fun.
And we're keeping that tradition alive! So demo is done(ish) and it's time to celebrate....next up is fixing the walls and celebrating that. 😉 Follow along in my stories to see the whole process.

The storage bench is now in it's forever home and fits the space like a glove. 🙌 The photos at the end are my "glamour shots" in our backyard...and of course, I had to try out the bench for comfortability before delivery. 🤣

Staying true to our family tradition, we can't take a serious picture...well, maybe, every once in a while. 🤣 I hope everybody is surviving this crazy cold and enjoying time with family (hopefully they're not driving you crazy yet 😂).

I had to keep these tunnels I found behind the bark. I thought they were too cool to completely sand away so I cleaned them up and lightly sanded them. What do y'all think?

I absolutely love the way this pantry makeover turned out!
We put up new doors and shelves, added a butcher block top and Ikea drawers, and painted the walls a beautiful bold color.
My client renovated her kitchen last year, but wasn't sure what do to with her pantry. We threw around a few ideas and I love that she trusted me enough to make those ideas come to life. It's just the pop of color her neutral kitchen needed. 😍

These cabinets have their own cabinet for a trash can (isn't that the best!) and lots and lots of storage.
I didn't get a pic of the other cabinet on the opposite wall - someone was getting their hair washed and I didn't want to disturb their zen experience!
