Remember that keeping hydrated isn’t just about quenching thirst, it’s about fueling your health transformation. Before you hit the studio or gym, guzzle some H2O and more! 👇🏼

Did you know that staying hydrated isn’t just about drinking water? Your body also craves electrolytes to keep you energized and avoid cramps during your workouts. A good balance of water and electrolytes uplifts your body functions before, during, and after a workout. (📌 My favorite is a product called CR7 Drive, developed by soccer great, Cristiano Ronaldo. What’s yours?)
