Wishing my family and friends a very Merry Christmas. As I take a moment to think about what Christmas means to me this year with all the craziness and bad going on in this world, I will sum it up with one word - HOPE. With all the problems and cruelty, I still have hope. As long as even the smallest acts of giving and kindness are shared freely and selflessly I will continue to have hope.

Morning bake: Mini cornbread loaves with sharp aged cheddar. Love how they came out!

Early afternoon bake… Done baking for the day. (500 degree oven and heading close to 90 this afternoon, phew) Half KA bread flour and half Central Milling whole wheat. Inclusions: sun dried tomato and extra sharp cheddar with a hint of rosemary. Can’t wait for it to cool to be able to get a crumb shot and taste…..
