An unnecessary limit is placed on your brand when you visualize a smaller version of it to keep other people comfortable with your growth.

Shift your focus back to why you got started, what you solve, and who benefits. The rest is irrelevant.

Empaths in business, do NOT be bullied into availability.

Able and available are different and entirely up to your discretion.

Just because someone can benefit from access to you does not mean that they are entitled to access to you.

Remember… you are agreeing to everything that you allow.

This part of my journey has shown me that you never have to focus on what and who needs to go. Instead, allow your highest good to materialize without resistance and what is no longer aligned will remove itself. 💜💜💜

Allowance hasn’t always been my strongest trait. I desired control but mismanaged allowance. The harmony didn’t materialize until I found out that my need for control wasn’t fueled so that I would win at life, but so that I wouldn’t fall victim to it.

The exhaustion is that one is led by fear and survival.

It all served a purpose, but I’m in the practice of allowing ease instead of denying peace and habitually waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Blurred lines can occur when you’re moving too far out of alignment but still close enough to purpose.

Don’t misread this as a chance to question your vision.

How you feel about what’s possible has to outgrow the feeling of what is currently happening.

Not in a delusional way, but in a way that always defaults to greatest intent and allowance.

Bonding over trauma feels like a safe space until someone evolves.

This applies to all connections and roles.

I once used my hustle to “heal”, but it was a functional distraction. I didn’t see that until I expanded. So when I stopped doing a la carte design, people thought I was crazy. Busy work helped me survive. It wasn’t even about money. But when it added to the stress and not refilling my cup, it showed.

Survival doesn’t equate to peace.

I say all that to say that you aren’t bound to a certain way of being if it requires you to step outside of your own standard. Not the one you were given, but the one you defined as your highest most delicious life.

What you build is an extension of you and a role you accept. Make it complimentary to the work that you do on yourself.

When you have a gift, the way to embrace it isn’t just packing on ways to present it.

You have to also unlearn and unpack the ways of being that tell you that you shouldn’t.

Your old way of coping just doesn’t work anymore because YOU decided that you were going to allow another way of BEing.

You aren’t stuck.
You may be searching for something else to do, but you aren’t stuck.
In fact, you just made a decision to get on fb. No one made you do it. You just did it. You decided.

Every waking moment is an opportunity to decide, and now is the time to really unpack what part of you is dominating your decisions.

My hard truth was that the very thing that I said caused my residing habit of feeling stuck was just a small part of an invitation that I accepted. Aka. I gave it more power than it deserved. I never lost my power to write something different and neither did you.

Get clear about what you do desire and take your focus off of what you don’t.

This Sunday, I’ll be bringing my brand talk back home! I can talk about branding all day. It has been my vehicle to do what I feel most fulfilling. —>Speaking to women about their goals.

This event will be so hands on. Just the way I like it!! Can’t wait!

So far, we have discovered that what we manifest or attract into our space isn’t necessarily linked to what we deserve or even desire, but what we believe.

We also touched on limited beliefs briefly, and how to identify some simple ones that have major impact on your bank.

Now.. let’s talk about another way to release those beliefs. I challenge you to find out what your limiting beliefs are. What exactly DO you believe? It may seem like we’re repeating yesterday, because we are.

Why? You have to be so honest about what you believe at this current moment. Write it out.

Don’t censor, just write.

Examples:

Making $10k a month is hard.
I’m gonna be single forever.
Social media keeps me distracted and I can’t get anything done.
People always want a discount on services.

Got it? Don’t judge yourself. This isn’t for you to beat yourself up. This is for you to identify at least one belief that you believe but don’t prefer.

I started this topic off by sharing that what we get has more to do with what we believe versus what we deserve...

If you believe that you’ll always get just enough, that your truth. Nothing is wrong with that. But what I challenge you to do is make sure that your vision board and your inner thoughts don’t contradict each other.
