Both loyal and loving, Nitro and Shadow can easily be the best companion you've ever had! We have put a lot of work into these two. Shadow is a fully trained 3 year old German Shepherd with strong genetics! This big boy has been in my care since puppyhood. It's not easy letting go, but its time he finds his person.

Shadow bonds extremely fast to new people. He LOVES traveling and new adventures. Hiking, tug of war, and training are some of his favorite activities. When he's not active, shadow is a huge snuggle monster. Very affectionate and extremely loyal.

We understand that fireworks this time of year can be difficult for thousands of pets across the country today.❤️🤍💙 Tips‼️🐶

Our mindset can immediately go to resentment for the holiday all together, but it's important to remember that we only have so much control over the environment around us. 🙌

Instead, lets keep a positive outlook!! Remember, dogs can sense the energy around them. They are masters of observation! 😌

Here are some key tips to have in mind before the the celebrations begin!! ‼️

Creating a safe place 🙏
- A safe place is NOT snuggled up to you on the couch while you pet and "sooth". This reinforces the wrong idea to our pets.
- Instead, "create" a safe place. dogs are den animals, so the crate/kennel would be our #1 recommendation. Other alternatives would be to make a blanket nest in a closet.

Over all, try to refrain from codling; your dog will benefit more by observing your calm actions/body language.

- If you are a client of ours, you could incorporate some obedience into the mix.
- If you have a confident dog, this is a great way to work on advanced desensitization.
- If your dog is too jumpy to go through ALL the motions, then just work on "place".
- Remember to think about WHY you are giving rewards, and what TYPE of reward is appropriate in the moment (food, high value, toy, release command, touch, verbal praise, etc.)

There's nothing like a refreshing pool day during the hot summer months. ☀️

Social Club is designed for after your dog has gone through and completed our training program. 🎓

After hours of dedicated time training your dog... Social Club is a way to not only have fun, but to put their new training skills to the test! 💯

These skills very for each individual household. Because of this, we like to make it a point to change up where and how we conduct Social Club. 🧐

For your dog, a pool day may be great for testing social skills, recall, or confidence building. 💪

For others, Down Town Greenville may be a great option to test leash reactivity, sound desensitization, or manners while walking through a crowd of people.🚶‍♀

Whatever it may be, Social Club isn't a one size fits all. We cater to what "your" dog will benefit form based off of "your" dogs particular needs!

There should always be more positive than negative when training dogs. For Adonis, keeping obedience fun is crucial!

Adonis is very new to his family. They have lots of kids, and very unpredictable schedules. Every day is a new day for this family.

Originally Adonis came from a household that wanted very little to do with him. With being so under socialized, his new life with his new family has taken a stressful tole on him.

Our job as trainers is to provide owners the knowledge and tools to providing a better structured environment that makes sense for the dogs.

Just like people, dogs crave their own kind of structure in their lives. This can very from household to household. No two dogs are the same.

Just like people, dogs need body conditioning as well! You can think of it like "doggy Yoga".

Casper here is in the very beginning stages of his controlled fitness exercises.

A few months back, he injured his inner leg area after slipping on a rock. Now he unconsciously favors that same leg. my goal isn't to target the injury itself. The goal is to condition the entire body to function fluently as it should.

Stay tuned as Casper progress into more complex stretches and body awareness.
