This judge was attacked in Las Vegas just after the man’s attorney asked for probation, and she started to explain how she was going to give him some time. I’ve never seen anything quite this violent in court.
I’ve never seen a courtroom attack as violent as this. Our colleagues at NewsNation obtained the video. The judge hit her head in the attack, but is OK. A marshall was injured, fighting the man off. This happened in Clark County Court. Three-time convicted felon Deobra Redden dove over the bench and attacked District Court Judge Mary Kay Holthus. Before the attack, Redden’s attorney asked the judge for probation. The judge responds, “I think it’s time he get a taste of something else.”

Here’s a longer look at what it was like to try to attend a football game where a former president and current presidential candidate Donald Trump attends. As it turned out, the time period when I was going into the stadium, wound up being the exact two times they stopped everything. First they stopped all traffic going across to the stadium(cars and pedestrians) and then once we crossed over after motorcade passed they would not allow anyone into the stadium until Trump made it to the elevator. While some seemed frustrated waiting… I did luck out as a journalist to be in the right location to get video of both the motorcade and Trump entering the stadium. And then he came out at halftime with Governor McMaster, where everyone at the game could see him. Take a look.
