My Zumba Class combines targeted body sculpturing exercises along with high energy cardio moves to create a total fitness workout. It's a perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast. In contrast, my Body Sculpt class targets your body through slow controlled movements using weights, bands, leg, balance and core work. A great all body workout! I teach the
