I just saw a UGC Creator laying out her goals for Q4.
They went something like this:
-Post 3x week on my IG
-Send 3 emails a week to brands
-Engage w 3 new creators weekly
My heart goes out to her bc I know she's working SO hard, but the truth is, ITS NOT ENOUGH.
A better set of goals would be to crunch them down into ONE day.

👋 hey mamas, I’m Erika Shae — I’ve been on TikTok since 2019, and a successful business owner since 2015, but just started taking TikTok shop seriously back in April.
I’ve cracked the code and want to share all the secrets 💕
My first month I did like $42, then $50 the next.
My first BIG month came in July, after I had been posting shop videos for ~100 days .
Together for July and August I cleared $8,600 just from TikTok Shop, not counting the other money I made from social media.
By the end of August I realized I’d figured this thing out using basically the same methods I used to build Erika Shae Studios back in 2015.
Fun videos, relatable hooks, product research, and a ton of refusing to give up!
I have the benefit of building multiple success businesses BEFORE TikTok was even a thing, but you don’t have to have any of that experience to win on TikTok Shop.
Some of the biggest TikTok Shop creators have relatively small followings, and they’re doing THOUSANDS in commissions daily.
So don’t think you’re not ready. You can do this.
You just have to commit to at least 100 days of showing up daily and posting, posting, posting.

2019 I decided I have had enough and wasn’t in love with myself the you should be.
I made the decision to be disciplined and commit to a new lifestyle journey that has changed my life in so many ways.
It takes hard work and like I said above DISCIPLINED to stick with it.
Motivation only exists as a noun. But discipline has a verb form. In other words, discipline is something you do, and choose to do; motivation is a thing that can come and go, which you cannot choose to do or control.
So if you feel like you can’t “find” the motivation, remember what I said above!
It took about 9 months to get into the best shape of my life. So don’t think that it’s going to happen over night. But if you stick with it, you WILL get the results you want!
Now after getting one transformation to being pregnant + staying fit the whole pregnancy to another transformation only 7 months postpartum I can assure you these workouts, Nutrition plans and shakes work.

Transformation Tuesday!
When I say these programs are no joke, I mean it. Just imagine having your own personal trainer in your home pushing you the whole way through everyday. That’s what it is like!
These ladies and myself got amazing results with the two programs we are focusing on in March!
The first two transformations are from a workout program that is 4 days a week 30-40 mins workouts. The second two transformations are from a program that is 6 days a week, 20 mins a day.

Meal Prepping made easy!!!
What you need:
-Eggs
-Cheese
-Sausage
-Garlic Salt, Pepper, Rwd pepper
-Spinach
(These are optional, you can choose your favorite toppings)
Mix them all together and bake for 10-15 mins on 350. Keep your eye on them.

Working out has been a thing of mine since middle school. I struggled to get "skinny" like all the other girls.
Let me put something in perspective: I was the tall girl in class (5’8”). All my friends were like 5ft.
No only was I insecure about my height. I was deeply insecure about my body.
I had no butt, size B (hardly) b***s + I had a tummy because I was a chubby little girl.
If I could go back in time and tell that sweet pre-teen to not worry and just love yourself, I would in a heartbeat.🤍
I spent so much time worried about how my body looked. I never really loved myself. Then came high school. I still struggled but I felt like more because I was around "hotter" older girls. My senior year hit and a lot happened and I lost a lot of weight. Probably a good 20-30 lbs.
My healthy weight is 155-165lbs and I dropped to 135 lbs. I thought I looked great but honestly I was too skinny for my size. You could see my hips bones, my collar bones + I had no bo***es!
It wasn’t until I started these at home workouts that I learned how to properly care for my body and learn to love it. In the world we live in with all the filters, photo editing apps and so much more, it is hard not to compare and easy to find yourself feeling discouraged leading you to not loving your body. However if you work hard on your goals and push those mean girl thoughts out you will be golden!
With a community of women supporting me, easy to follow nutrition programs to help keep me on track and workouts that are fun, fast and effective; I have got amazing results not just once but twice and still going strong.

I am determined this year to stick to my health and fitness 100%. No skipping days (rest days don’t count). No over indulging in unhealthy foods making myself back track. Don’t forget you can’t out work a bad diet!
I am determined because I want to be the healthiest version of myself. Not just for me but for my family. I want to live a long and happy life. I want to feel good in the skin God gave me and feel comfortable in my clothes.
Working out and eating healthy isn’t just to change your outer a preamble, that’s actually the cherry on top. Taking care of your body allows you to feel better, sleep better, be happier, have more energy...just all the things positive.

Taking before pictures, measurements and getting on that scale can be hard. No matter if you need to loose 10 lbs or 110 lbs.
To be honest I’m not happy where I am 4 months postpartum. I thought I would be further than I am, but what I’m not going to do is sit in regrets.
Nope!! Not happening.
I got the equipment I needed for our new program and started putting in the work! One week in and I’m down 3 inches. The scale is the same but hey muscle weighs more than fat. So I will keep getting on the scale just out of curiosity but def not basing my success off of it.
This new program is so amazing. A different workout everyday. Rest days and it’s full of fun new moves!
Working muscles in ways I haven’t before because of the tracker and core ball. Controlled stretches at night before bed...just all the good works to get awesome results.

This journey has been incredible.
From getting my dream body, to going beast mode during my pregnancy while staying as healthy as I could, to getting back to my dream body one day at a time (currently 4 months postpartum).
Our bodies change so much.
Women endure the craziest things.
But if we become dedicated to our health and fitness journey we can do powerful things.
I could never get my body the way I wanted until I started doing at home workouts. And there was so much more:
Having my workouts planned out for me, especially on those days where I didn't feel like working out.
Being taught what moves I need to do to get the most out of my effort.
Learning how to eat properly but still enjoy my favorite foods like pizza and wine (without depriving myself).
Another vital piece to my journey has been the community (something I never had at the gym or anywhere else really...).
These girls came into my life and helped me become the best version of myself. I look forward to when we get on a zoom call and workout together (totally optional), keeping each other accountable. There is always someone ready to workout and do it with you! SOOO helpful and beneficial.
With this new program, whether our girls are brand new and never worked out before or are advanced with workouts, we're putting our all into feeling better and looking better. This program is for everyone as long as you bring your all and stay dedicated.
