The Holiday season is here! Although this is a wonderful time of the year….it can also be very stress inducing. When your body is stressed plus lack of sleep, poor nutrition, decreased exercise, increased alcohol intake, it creates a perfect storm for our bodies to be run down and more susceptible for sickness-mentally and physically.
During this busy season, remember to take care of your mind and your body!
