In today's Mobility Monday, we demonstrate a stretch that is for chest and shoulders. The doorway stretch is great for combating rounded shoulders and a forward head lean. Our shoulders tend to tighten when we are sitting for extended periods of time. All you need is a doorway to perform this stretch. To check if you have tight calves, you can perform this test. Find a wall and place your barefoot a fists distance away from it. While keeping your heel down, drive your knee toward the wall.
