The programs regard the post-arrest period as an ideal opportunity for intervention that will break the drug/crime cycle. Judicial review and supervision of the client's progress in treatment is central to the Specialty Court programs. The court employs graduated sanctions in response to noncompliance with treatment minded goals🙏🏼
