This home in Taylor, Michigan now has the most gorgeous entry in the neighborhood!

Our team removed the old cement driveway, porch, and walkway.

We then did an installation of Oberfields LLC Manhattan Granite primary pavers coupled with a 4x8 Plymouth Charcoal soldier course that adds an eye-catching reveal.

The side gutter was diverted underneath the walkway and into a pop-up assembly for aesthetic purposes, and a side area made for storage of refuse cans.

One of our recently completed homes, this Brownstown, MI home received a total update with a new Oberfields LLC driveway ribbon in Ozark Granite with a Plymouth 4x8 soldier course.

The existing landscaping was updated with a new retaining walls, assorted perennial foliage, all new sod and a complete low-voltage lighting system.

Our team was honored to work with The Grosse Ile Historical Society Museum in Grosse Ile Michigan to rehabilitate the Museum's 900 square feet of historic Saginaw brick pathways dating to the 1920s.

The rear was made ADA-Compliant with a subtle ascending taper to the door, and all previous downspouts were routed into permanent 4 inch diameter triple wall pipe away from the foundation and down the hillside.

The existing base layers were removed and replaced with modern open-base aggregates and the previous joint sand was replaced with polymeric joint compound.

The end result was a gorgeous re-installation of a timeless brick!

One of the several water features finished this past month by our teams, this planter was adapted at the request of the client to be incorporated into a custom water feature.

This water feature has a 4,000GPH pump with variable speed control for precise adjustment.

Our firm wishes to extend a warm thank you to the Woodhaven, Michigan City Council, Mayor Pat Odette, and a very special thank you to Parks and Recreation Director Tim Rooney who first approached our firm in the Spring and with whom our design was thereafter shaped. Without the input, ambition, and hard work of all of these individuals this project would not have been possible.

Our firm is equally grateful and honored to be a part of the main purpose behind this design-----a lasting memorial to the lives lost in the city due to covid-19.

This massive 16,000 gallon per hour rainfalls features a 107 year old, 500+ pound superstructure beam spanning 17 feet, and valence panels to shield plumbing systems are comprised of equally aged barnwood siding. All wood was coated in industrial liquid polyurethane after being sourced from a historic decommissioned barn in Bridgeport, Michigan and was finished by our team.

The reservoir consists of two independent pump vaults which allow the massive span's flow to be fine-tuned, with 500 gallons of underground water storage.

Next week the final stone memorial and name plaques will be installed by our team marking the finishing elements of this memorial.
