Numb or Healed? 🫣
Q: Are you HEALED….or are you NUMB? 🤔
I remember the last time I had a major surgery, the anesthesiologist asked me to count backwards from 100. All I remember to this day is saying “99.” 🌚😮💨
Numbing out is comparable to medical anesthesia. When we don’t allow ourselves to feel our feelings, we don’t heal properly. Consequently, we might believe we are healed….until we are triggered. 🫣
Today, I encourage you to give yourself permission to heal by giving yourself permission to FEEL…without lashing out. 🙃
