In late October, I was diagnosed with Alpha-gal syndrome which is an allergy to mammalian products. I can't eat any meat products including dairy. I also removed gelatin and glycerin unless they come from fish or vegan sources. Vegan products can't have carrageenan. It sounds simple, but it isn't. I've been so impressed by all the volunteers in the Oklahoma Native Plant Network in getting this off the ground. Logo, tags, banking, handouts, website, social media, etc, a boatload of tasks have been accomplished in a short amount of time. And a shout out to the Oklahoma Native Plant Society for serving as a sponsor.
